Top London boutique fitness operator becomes the predictive marketing technology’s first UK customer

Keepme, the AI-powered predictive tool, created to revolutionise the way operators can increase their revenue, has joined forces with Ten Health and Fitness, pioneers of Dynamic Reformer Pilates, and leading London boutique Health & fitness operator. In doing so, Ten has become Keepme’s first UK boutique fitness customer.

With Keepme, Ten will now have access to never seen before analysis of their data, providing them with tools to better engage their 40,000-strong membership base, in a targeted, meaningful way. The partnership follows a recent £4m growth capital investment from Foresight Group LLP and is part of an ongoing growth strategy for Ten & Health Fitness, set to open 3 new locations this year.

Keepme will provide the team at Ten with a game-changing, intelligently driven approach to increasing their growth. By combining Artificial Intelligence with member data, Keepme is able to identify membership behaviour patterns, then allowing Ten to engage with customers in a highly targeted way. Not only can Keepme improve retention rates, it also unlocks new streams of revenue such as up-sell opportunities, referrals and increased lifetime value.

Keepme works by analysing each individual member and then scores them, this score is associated with a risk of leaving. The tool is designed to provide operators with in-depth and actionable insights, enabling fast and effective engagement to avoid losing the customer.

Ian Mullane, Founder and CEO of Keepme said:

“Predication will be a major competitive advantage for those operators who embrace it and we relish the opportunity to work with forward thinking operators like Ten Health & Fitness.”

Ten was founded in 2007 by Joanne Mathews after a serious car accident revealed a potential gap in the market for providing an integrated service combining fitness and rehabilitation. Ten opened its first studio in Notting Hill and following early success, the company has experienced considerable growth and now operates nine studios across London including sites in Chiswick, Mayfair, City and Fitzrovia, with expansion plans imminent.

“As the business continues to grow, understanding the habits of our customers will play an even greater role in member retention,” says Joanne Mathews, Founder Ten Health & Fitness. “Keepme is an incredibly innovative and forward-thinking company, tackling an important aspect of business development. Our partnership will enable us to review some of our current membership procedures, understand the impact they are having and take action to continue to increase our client base.”
