The New TRAKK app from Pulse Fitness provides unrivalled member fitness tracking and programming, retention benefits and additional revenue stream possibilities
Pulse Fitness is launching a new connected fitness solution app, TRAKK. The app will transform the way both operators and gym goers are able to track and log workouts, keeping members engaged for longer.
TRAKK, will offer gym goers an unrivalled experience for not only keeping track of their workouts in and outside the gym, but it will also be the ultimate personal training tool. The app will allow users to plan and track their fitness goals, devise their own workout plans and use ready-made workout plans dependent on their fitness goals. Users will be able to access a whole library of free, curated workouts, including over 150+ videos of specific machine-based workouts. The app will also connect with other popular health tracking apps including Google Fit and Apple Health.
ADDITIONAL REVNUE STREAM
For operators, TRAKK, will allow fitness teams to set personalised goals for members and keep track of how members are performing both in and outside the gym. It also presents a fantastic additional revenue stream, allowing operators to introduce a paid subscription service which will allow members to access nutrition packages, retail discounts and much more.
TRAKK will integrate with existing member management platforms such as Exerp and a number of others. The app is designed to work seamlessly with Pulse Fitness kit and create a complete fitness ecosystem for users and operators. It can also be seamlessly integrated with non-Pulse Fitness equipment using QR codes. The app can also be completely customised for operators who want a white-labelled connected fitness solution.
TRAKK, will also allow operators to easily manage the gym floor with its simple colour-coded system that identifies at-risk members, provides a summary of previous contact and the ability to log new interactions to improve retention. Through TRAKK, operators can send one-off, bulk and automated messages to help engage members in their fitness community.
“Technology is completely transforming the fitness industry and over the last few years there has been a huge cultural shift in consumers awareness. Gym-goers are no longer content with simple information like their weight, reps and calories. Our new App and connected solution will track their progress, guide them through new exercises and give them content similar to having their own personal trainer,” says Ben Steadman, Business Development Director for Pulse Fitness.
“For operators, by integrating with TRAKK, it will allow them to create personalised programming for members. In turn, better programming and a more holistic approach will provide added value to the member, keeping them engaged for longer, whilst also adding a number of secondary revenue opportunities”
Pulse Fitness will be unveiling TRAKK for the first time at this years’ FIBO. To see the app and its full capabilities visit Pulse Fitness in Hall 9 Stand E36.
