- 300g low-fat yoghurt (frozen)
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (Chocolate Bunny)
- 250ml milk
- ½ Protein Brownie (Chocolate)
- 300ml milk
- 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (Creamy Chocolate)
- Handful ice
- ½ Protein Brownie (White Chocolate)
- Sugar-Free Syrup (Chocolate)
- Banana & strawberries (sliced)
- Protein Wafer
- Layered Bar (chunks)
- Protein Brownie (chunks)
- Protein Sandwich Cookie
1) For each freak shake, place all the ingredients in a blender (make sure to crumble the Protein Brownie first) and then blend until smooth.
2) Pour in a tall glass lined with plenty of chocolate Sugar-Free Syrup. Then top with your favourite high-protein treats and extras — we used a skewer to keep them from sinking to the bottom!
3) Drizzle with a generous amount of syrup and enjoy!
